Garden Grove Muay Thai is a school of traditional Thai boxing on Garden Grove Boulevard. Adults and kids train Monday through Thursday, and classes are booked by DM.
This is not a cardio class with gloves on. It is the art itself, taught with respect for the tradition, for the room, and for every student in it. Wear the name with pride. Carry it with respect.

Do I need experience to start?
No. New students start by booking a first class. Tell the school you are brand new when you DM, and they will take it from there.

Workout clothes, water, and a towel. Ask about gloves and hand wraps when you book, the school will tell you exactly what you need.
